What To Expect

Bring a new twist to your day by sprinkling some laughter early in the morning for a happier and healthier you. Laughter has been proven to show a considerable positive impact on your respiratory and immune systems, as it increases the flow of oxygen in your body and also the number of lymphocytes, the cells that fight infections, making it the best medicine ever. It also improves the health of the heart by lowering the blood pressure, helps you lose calories, increases concentration, and makes you happy as it reduces the levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, and increases that of endorphin, the happy hormone, in your blood. In this fun yet impactful workshop, learn to induce deep laughter along with the secrets of Yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), all leading to a blissful state of mindfulness and meditation.

Sunder Bishnoi is on a mission to spread Yoga and its message to everyone through KhushiSeYoga. She is a 200 RT certified Yogini from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nasik and has conducted several yoga, meditation and laughter yoga sessions for more than 200+ corporates around India.
