What To Expect

Bring the magic of the ‘90s alive as star choreographer Binoy Tanna makes you vibe on your favourite Bollywood tracks from the yesteryears in his unique “Bolly vibe” style of choreography. Binoy describes “Bolly vibe” as an evolution of the Urban style of choreography, which itself is influenced by several dance forms like Contemporary, Salsa, House, Jazz, Crump, and more, into something more “desi”. Long story short, it’s an expression of body movement choreographed in a manner so that you can groove on your beloved Bollywood numbers after you are done with your day!

Your Guru

A part of Shiamak Davar’s Dance Academy from 2007, performing at prestigious national and international events, including the Filmfare Awards, Binoy’s dancing talent was spotted by the genius, Shiamak, himself. And so, he got a spot in Shiamak’s “Special Potential Batch”. After rigorous training, the student became an instructor, who’d go on to coach many dance enthusiasts a variety of dance forms, from Jazz to Hip-hop and Rock n Roll to Salsa. If you think you’ve seen him from somewhere, you’re probably right for he has been a part of the first and biggest Bollywood Musical “Zangoora- the Gypsy Prince” at the Kingdom of Dreams (KoD). Also certified from the Millenium Dance Complex, LA, one of the best dance studios of the world, Bolly-vibe is a dance form evolved by Binoy himself and it inculcates both the structure and the flow of the traditional dance forms.
