When we learn how to breathe with awareness, we can begin to loosen the grip of negative thoughts and emotions and build the foundation that supports the journey of self-transformation. Join Yogi Trainer Hariprasad Varma, for a comprehensive workshop dedicated to exploring breathing practices that can promote healing and balance at the deepest physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Your Guru

Hari is an international yoga trainer (RYT500), life coach and tarot reader. He
founded Yogaśāla and Tarot Dojo (2016) to travel and spread the knowledge of
yoga and tarot in a fun and holistic manner. Hari teaches Vinyasa Krama Yoga in
the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya and focuses on adapting yoga to the
unique abilities of each individual. He has designed many yoga retreats in the
past across India and abroad including in places like Kashmir, Meghalaya, Sikkim,
Cochin, Hampi, Uttar Kashi, Istanbul and Bhutan. He also does regular tarot
consultations for individuals, and tarot events for corporates and at some of the
best cafes in Hyderabad.
