What To Expect

Headstand is the king of yoga poses, therefore the most Instagrammable. ;) It is great for increasing blood flow to the brain, building strength in the arms, shoulders, and core muscles. It also helps with energy, stamina, and even hair loss! But boy, it does look daunting and almost impossible. In this hour-long workshop, Yoga trainer Ridhi Trivedi will guide you to do a headstand the right way in clear and safe steps. She will reveal to you the poses that you can practice to strengthen your body to achieve the ultimate objective- the headstand. You will also learn to control your body for efficient movement using a motivating blend of Yoga and Body Flow Meditation.

Your Guru

With a vision of seeing every human free from suffering and being able to help them find their purpose, Ridhi is deeply centered in the path of Yoga as a way to spiritual evolution. Having completed her Diploma in Ashtang Yoga (900 hours) (Mumbai), and TTCs in Hatha Yoga (Mysore) and Vinasaya Yoga (Rishikesh), she is a well-qualified Yoga instructor. She is also a Level 2 Reiki healer. Ridhi runs a Yoga studio in Mumbai and has a rich experience of 2.5 years of teaching Yoga to participants of varied age groups.
